Alexandra Cohai, PTA

Alexandra was born and raised in Romania. She moved to South Florida 14 years ago for a change in scenery from the mountains to the ocean. She obtained her Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Broward College in 2013. She has been working with FIRST Rehab since graduation in 2013. Her goal at FIRST Rehab is to Implements patient’s individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist such as therapeutic exercise including balance coordination, body mechanics and postural stabilization, flexibility exercises, gait and locomotion training, neuromotor development training, strength, power and endurance training. She also places special focus on Instructing patients, families and caregivers how to excel after physical therapy by implementing home exercise programs.
